1)、Documents Preparation: Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Customs Declaration,etc.
2)、Commodity of Certificate：CO,commodity inspection certificate,dangerous package license,the other licenses etc.
3)、Customs Declaration：Submit all customs documents and apply to declare before the cargos arrival customs 3 days.
4)、Customs Inspection：Customs will inspect cargos accordance according to the customs declaration information,after the goods arrival.
5)、Duties and Taxes：Pay the customs duties and taxes to Customs.
6)、Certificate of Inscpection：If the goods customs declaration information is consistent with the customs inspection, customs inspection personnel will be submitted to the Customs the goods inspection certificate.
7)、Customs declaration release：After the inspection, Customs will stamp the release on the customs declaration, and settle the release on their customs system.
Transfer process：
Send goods -- warehouse（entry、inspect、package、enter information,total 1 day;loading 1 day） -- Suifenhe（inland transport、customs declaration,total 6-9days）-- Ussuriysk（inspection、customs clearance、transit the border,todal 2-4 days）-- Moscow（T/T 6-8 days）— arrival（sorting、distribution to the other cities 3-5 days）
