Extended free time and vessel cancellations
during National Day holidays

Dear Valued Customer,

In light of the upcoming National Day holidays, we would like to inform you of the following arrangements concerning extended container and BL pick-up free time as well as adjustments to our vessel sailings.

Extended Container Pick-Up Free Time
We are glad to inform you that for export shipments with Maersk Line during the coming National Day holidays, you are entitled to extra free time on top of the standard free time. We believe this will help you to better plan your operations during the holiday season. You will find the vessels and corresponding free time extensions in the attached file in the sheet named 'Container Pick-up Extra Free Time'.

Extended BL Pick-up Free Time
We are also granting extra free time for you to settle your payments and claim your bills of lading during the holidays, depending on the vessel departure date. You will find the corresponding extensions in the attached file in the sheet named 'Payment and BL Pick-up'.

Our invoices will take into account these extra free time days thus avoiding any inconvenience.

Adjustment of vessel sailings
Based on historical volumes during Golden Week holidays in China, our current capacity is expected to sufficiently accommodate all bookings around the National Day holiday. In line with this, we would like to inform you of the cancellations of the following sailings during the upcoming holiday:
